Lenore is a Reiki Master who's healings are guided psychically. As an intuitive empath and soul alignment coach she is dedicated to helping anyone and everyone move from emotional overwhelm to peace and purpose.
Her work blends Reiki energy and psychic intuition to help you find balance and reconnect with your higher self.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that supports stress relief, emotional balance, improved sleep and mental clarity.
The energy is channelled through me and I am psychically guided from my team and your spirit guides. The energy is guided by me and flows where its needed. Your body does the work quietly and in its own time.
All Reiki sessions include shamanic drumming.

The Alignment Journey
The Alignment Journey holds space over a three-session experience designed to support deeper rest, nervous system balance, and ongoing restoration over time.
It begins with The Inner Compass - a 90-minute session combining Reiki, hot rocks and a Clarity Reading followed by two Deep Restore sessions.
Your mind, body, spirit will intentionally soften and integrate between visits. Sessions are spaced approximately three weeks apart to support lasting shifts.
The CLARITY Reading
The Clarity Reading - an intuitive Tarot and Oracle session offering insight into the energies around you, any challenges you need guidance on and opportunities you can take advantage of right now.
Held in a relaxed, non-judgemental space, this reading supports self-empowerment and reflection rather than prediction. We’ll explore the messages allowing spirit to guide what is most needed.
