1. Appointments All sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance through the online booking system. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. 2. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed securely via the booking platform. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours or missed appointments may result in the session being forfeited. 4. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the session still ending at the scheduled time. Full session fees apply. 5. Health & Preferences Please advise at the time of booking of any sensitivities, preferences (including touch/no touch), or relevant information to support your session experience. 6.
