Lenore Kingdon

Lenore has a long background in nursing primarily in primary health care settings. Previously she worked corporate and these 2 combined have birthed a passion for and knowledge of workplace health and wellness. Currently she is studying Spiritual and Life Coaching.

She is also a Reiki Master/Teacher and international best selling author.
